Holiday Delays:
During holiday periods, such as Christmas, please be aware that there may be slight delays in processing and shipping your order.

WHEN DO WE PRINT AND SHIP THE ORDERS?
Once we send your Digital Portrait via email, we will wait for 48 hours or until we receive your approval (whichever comes first) before printing and shipping the product. Once the order is printed, it will reach your doorstep within the next 5–10 working days.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
We offer Standard Shipping (trackable) for €4.99 on all orders within the EU and UK.
For orders outside these regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
