Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ricktify, we want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your order. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

Cancellations:

• Orders for custom portraits can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will no longer be accepted as the customization process begins.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ricktify.com as soon as possible.

Refunds:

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 24-hour cancellation window.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the cancellation or return has been approved.
